Cargo Services negotiates volume rate agreements with forwarders for general cargo and express package service. We also offer interline rates for multiple carrier transportation, spot rates for large shipments, and charter services upon request. Credit applications are also processed promptly for the convenience of our forwarder accounts. CSI also expends considerable Sales energy in overseas markets - i.e., Latin American commodity-exporting cities - securing shipments at the source for routing, either online or interline, on our clients’ aircraft.

Cargo Services’ Operations Department expedites shipments in the following manner: receiving cargo at our warehouse; palletizing loose cargo; providing short-term climate-controlled storage for perishables prior to loading on aircraft; shuttling cargo to planeside in enclosed rollerbed transports; transferring interline cargo, when appropriate, from carrier to carrier.
